Thank you for shopping with Label Pehnawa. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted Chikankari apparel safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

There are no hidden shipping charges. The final amount displayed during checkout is the amount you pay.

Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and timely deliveries, we ship orders through trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Shiprocket

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • Other reputed courier partners, depending on service availability in your area.

The courier partner will be selected based on your delivery location to ensure the best possible service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard delivery policies.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order.

Label Pehnawa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays or festivals

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will assist you in tracking your shipment whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at labelpehnawaa@gmail.com.

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India.

Label Pehnawa reserves the right to limit or withdraw the COD option for certain locations or orders at its sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
